I've been burning out on blogging. I havn't updated in a bit and even the questions of the day arent really spurring me on. I like reading everyone elses though.
I've also been reading the news, which is enough to burn anyone out lately. I did have a spurt of anger and frustration about current events that came out in LJ yesterday (where else?), but I dont feel like cutting and pasting and un-html-ing it for vox. So here it is, blogged by proxy, if you can handle another click through.
i would really like to invite my mom to vox. I think she might really enjoy it.
There are two issues I have:
1. As far as i know, she is still on dial up (i know, i know, she just doesnt care about the difference) and I'm not sure how all this fancy fandango will do with web .01 technology.
2. If there were more security groups available in vox i wouldn't hesitate. As it is right now, my peticular version of friends and family is broken up essentially into "work" (friends) and "not work" (family) - for instance I might not want her to read that i was embarrassed by her fabulous dinosaur costume... but thats fine for everyone else. so i guess i need to be able to set up a "not mom" level.

Now that alot of stuff is launched though, its gotten a little bit better.
